Global Economics Group is a Chicago-based consultancy that has spent years working on economic and financial questions: valuation, market structure, damages, and the analytical frameworks that sit beneath them. Its work is interpretation and inference, not record-keeping.

That orientation shaped FactorIQ from the start. We did not set out to build a fund administrator, a cap-table provider, or a general ledger. We set out to build an analytics layer that reads the systems a firm already runs and turns the data into actionable intelligence.

The result is a platform that discovers, diligences, and monitors private investments — while the systems of record stay exactly where they are.
